Installation Process

Our installation service is designed to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

 

Once you submit your order and have selected and paid for the installation, your product will be shipped directly to your address. Shortly thereafter, a member of our customer service team will reach out to schedule your installation.

 

On the installation day our engineer will contact you an hour before arrival to confirm their schedule. It's important for someone to be at your property to discuss the product placement, and after the installation, the engineer will provide a full demonstration and hand over any necessary keys.

The installation engineer will carry out a full CAT scan of the area you would like your product placed ensuring there is no pre-existing underground services. They will then install your product by the required means ie; bolting the product down, concreting the product in or digging down the required depth for telescopic products.

Our installation engineers will then ensure your installation is finished off with a nice neat finish.
